At River Valley Low Voltage, we believe strong communities are built by skilled hands and hardworking individuals. That is why we are proud to introduce the River Valley Skilled Trades Scholarship, an initiative dedicated to supporting the next generation of professionals entering the trades.

As a locally owned business rooted in Southwest Minnesota, we understand how essential skilled trades are to everyday life. Whether it is plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical work, low voltage systems, construction, or other hands on careers, these professions keep our homes comfortable, our businesses running, and our communities growing.

To support this growing workforce, River Valley Low Voltage will award a $500 scholarship to one graduating senior from Redwood Valley High School, with the recipient announced in August 2026. This scholarship is open to students pursuing any skilled trade, because every trade plays a vital role in keeping our communities strong and connected.

The River Valley Skilled Trades Scholarship is more than financial support. It is a commitment to the future of our workforce and the success of those willing to step up and make a difference right here in our local communities.
